Exercise Physiologist and Elite Sports Performance Coach

Responsible for overall physiological, training and athlete performance. Use Critical Power concepts, scaling models, performance characteristics (step-test and absolute measures) in combination with Heart Rate training data to assess, modify and impact optimal performance. The work involves extensive [La] analysis to quantify ergometer/boat HR data to provide as optimal a training stimulus, and therefore adaptation, as possible to each athlete. Work involves Club, National and Olympic athletes
