Prof. James Hull PhD, FRCP, FACSM is a sports pulmonologist at the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health, UCL and Royal Brompton Hospital, London, UK. He has a clinical and academic interest in helping athletes with breathing issues. He has worked to help cyclists, from recreational to World Tour professional level, to help optimise their breathing performance and to overcome asthma-type issues. He is currently an expert respiratory advisor to the English Institute of Sport, Team GB, IOC and anti-doping organisations.
