Information for delegates

Below you will find some practical information for our delegates

Registration desk
At arrival collect your badge at the registration desk. Make sure you arrive on time since it can be busy on the first day. All delegates will receive a small bag and a bandana.
Your badge is your access to the sessions and breaks

Sessions
Registered delegates have access to all sessions during the day. Coffee will be served during the breaks in the corridors and on the terras. A lunch will be served in the corridors, the terras  and room Aula 4.
Sessions start at 09.00
Please note that it is not permitted to film the presentations.

Sessions will take place in Salla d’Actes (300 places) and Aula Magna 3 (125 places).
During sessions please use the back doors of Salla d’Actes to exit/enter and use the upper entrance of Aula Magna 3 ( up the stairs).

Posters will be at display all day in the corridors.

Abstracts
Abstracts will be available for registered delegates about 10 days before the event. They are for personal use only!
When available you will receive a password by email.

Parking
There are parking spaces on the roads around the venue; the white marked spots are free parking, the blue marked spots paid parking.

Public Transport
Bus line 150 stops in front of the building, depending on the direction stop 348 or 349
Bus Line 23 comes from the other side up to mont Juïc and stops on the side of the building. stop 3755 or a few hundred meters away if you come from the Plaza d’Espanya. 

Conference Evening
The conference evening takes place at Mescladís Lliure Montjuïc. Distance from the venue is about 1200 meters. You can walk over.
In the area of the location there are parking garages.

Please note that entrance to the conference evening is only for full delegates or persons who purchased an extra ticket. Your badge is your entrance and has a symbol for the evening on it.
