MEHDI KORDI

Head of performance Support & Innovation

Dr. Mehdi Kordi is currently the Head of Performance Support & Innovation at the INEOS Grenadiers. Prior to this role, he was the Head Coach of the Dutch Track sprinters and lead them to three Golds and a Silver medal, two World Records and winning the medal track cycling medal table at the recent Paris 2024 Olympics. Throughout his tenure at the track, he coached a total 15 World Championship titles on the track. Prior to that he was a PhD student and then coach at British Cycling, as well as coaching Team KGF/Huub-Wattbike trade team to become the fifth-fastest “nation” at the time, in the Team Pursuit. He has also published over 25 peer-reviewed scientific papers.
