Want to register onsite for the conference?  You can use our website registration module even when the conference started . At the registration desk we will receive the registration directly for processing.

We can not guarantee that we have a credit card machine at the registration desk we therefore encourage you to use the online module.

Call for Papers deadline approaching

We are approaching the deadline for submitting papers. Don’t miss out to present your work. Deadline 6 March 2018.

The program is getting shape step by step. Every week we are able to confirm new speakers and titles. Some exciting announcements are being expected in the coming weeks. Follow the website for details.

SportTechMatch: Science & Cycling will cooperate with this organisation which aims to bring together companies and institutes to develop products and research. The match-making event will take place during the conference.

Journal of Science and Cycling: The conference will intensify the cooperation with the journal. This year we will change the system of publishing the abstracts with the objective to have them available by the end of Summer. More intitiatives around the intensified cooperation will be announced soon

BDR Accreditation granted for conference

BDR, the German cycling federation granted credits for coaches on level A,B and C participating in the conference and/or masterclasses.

USA Cycling and the International Bike Fitting Institute already granted credits earlier.

More accreditation requests are under review.

first list of keynote speakers

We are happy to announce the first list of confirmed keynote speakers for the 2017 Science & Cycling Conference:

Renowned scientists and coaches such as Hein Daanen, Shona Halson, Bert Otten, Sebastian Weber, Robert lamberts, Andy Froncioni, Bent Ronnestad and Louis Delahaije will deliver a keynote speech.

More speakers will be added over the coming months.
